I am an Italian born hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
I had worked across Europe for leading hotel chains, including Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Penta Hotels and InterContinental Hotel Group.
Since 1997 I live and work in Poland, what gave me a great opportunityto get to knowdeeply the Polish hospitality marketand to be a part of a very dynamic hospitality industry development throughout the years.
I ended my hospitality corporate career as a General Manager at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel. I am reckoned as a strong and enthusiastic leader with sound knowledge of hotel management, especially in financial analysis and operational processes.
I am passionate about hotel design, planning and development and I have extended experience in hotel pre-opening.
I perceive hospitality not only as my profession, but as my way of life. I am a founder and an owner of Studio Alpina Hospitality Professionals as well as co-founder of SOPit15. Both companies have been established to help hotel investors and general managers to start or elevate their business. Nowadays I use all my knowledge and experience to successfully introduce new hotels to the Polish market and grow next generation of professional hoteliers.
I speak fluently four languages including Polish and have a diploma from a technical high school for civil engineering in Italy.I am also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, specialized in process improvements.

My professional life so far, starting from a conscious educational path, is related to the hospitality industry. I have twenty years of experience in the industry, which I have gained mainly in working for international hotel chains such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Vienna House and Marriott International. I am specialized in operational departments, mainly food & beverage, for which my professional heart beats the most, in an expert rhythm. I had the pleasure of managing teams of several dozen people in 4* and 5* hotels, which shaped the canon of the highest quality in me in relation to both the product and services offered, as well as the level of my work.
I am passionate about mentoring and professional development. My mission is to share knowledge and pass on to the next generations the baton of experience in the professional relay. This is one of the reasons why I took an active part in the process of opening several hotels in Poland, where as a task force, I trained teams in operational and quality standards. I also served as a Master Trainer, whose task was to educate hotel teams in quality chain programs. Currently, I also carry out my mission through active membership in the Hotelmania Association, whose statutory goal is to educate students, teachers and professionals of the hospitality, travel and MICE industries.
In 2022, I joined Studio Alpina Hospitality Professionals to use my knowledge and experience to help investors and hotel directors in the development of their businesses, and thus serve the development of the hospitality industry in Poland.
I am the originator and co-founder of the SOPit15 brand, behind which stands a technological solution dedicated to the industry. Its primary task is to have a real impact on improving the efficiency of work processes in hotels and building an organizational culture based on modern communication tools with all employees.
In addition to my mother tongue, I am also fluent in English.
