Scope of services provided: restaurant operational audit, training of restaurant managers in preparing operational budgets and typical KPI’s, controlling of operational profitability, advising the investor for the planning and operational lay out of Hotel Aries in Zakopane, preparation of the operating supplies & equipment list.

FOOD ZONE SA AND PLATAN HOTELS & RESORTS
